How FuelPlan works

1) Set your targets

You choose carbs/hr, sodium/hr, fluids/hr and a total caffeine goal.

2) Add products

Pick from the product library (e.g., Styrkr, Maurten, SIS) or add your own with carbs, sodium, caffeine, and fluid.

3) Build the plan

Pre-race, T1, Bike (+Special Needs), T2, Run — or bike/run training. Irregular aid stations with ETA timing and multi-item stops.
